Brian T. Sampson brings a broad range of experience to his real estate and corporate law practice. Mr. Sampson has advised clients on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters including acquisitions and sales, financing (inclusive of acquisition, construction, mezzanine and securitized loans), loan workouts, leasing, environmental compliance, zoning and property management. These matters were handled in relation to the development, repositioning, ownership and management of a range of real estate assets throughout the nation and abroad.

Mr. Sampson's representation of a diverse set of clientele includes public, foreign and domestic banking institutions, private equity companies, hedge funds and other privately held development entities. Most recently in his role as Vice President and General Counsel at Simone Development Companies, a major commercial and residential developer in the metropolitan area, Mr. Sampson gained a unique understanding of client needs not always appreciated by "outside" counsel.

Mr. Sampson previously honed his practice in national and international transactions at the prestigious boutique firm of Duval & Stachenfeld LLP and the internationally recognized firm of White & Case LLP.

Through advising clientele in a wide array of corporate matters, Mr. Sampson has created various entities including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. In doing so, he has negotiated and prepared sophisticated joint venture agreements governing such entities. Mr. Sampson's practice has also covered the acquisition and disposition of corporate assets.
