Julia Wachter concentrates her practice on the law of condominium and cooperative development, with an emphasis on helping clients acquire, form and sell mixed-use and residential real estate projects. Ms. Wachter represents major builders in every phase of condominium and cooperative development, including the planning, formation and structure of condominium and cooperative buildings; negotiation and sale of condominium and cooperative units; and creation and submission of offering plans and related regulatory filings. Ms. Wachter also counsels individual clients who are buying, selling or financing residential and commercial real estate.
