Jonathan D. Gottlieb concentrates his practice on drafting, filing and maintaining condominium offering plans for New York City real estate developers. Mr. Gottlieb’s practice also includes selling individual condominium units, acting as transfer agent for cooperatives, preparing documents for Mitchell-Lama conversions, drafting documents for the conveyance of real property and reviewing real estate loan documents. Mr. Gottlieb also makes court appearances on behalf of the firm’s clients in various real estate litigation matters.
