Jared Van Vleet is an associate in the firm’s real estate department. His practice concentrates on preparing and executing condominium and cooperative offering plans, and analyzing the applicability of various real property tax incentive programs. He has helped clients prepare and complete applications for tax incentives for qualifying projects, transfer development and/or air rights, and evaluate and draft easements and covenants. Mr. Van Vleet has also counseled clients in acquisitions, financing, dispositions, development, leasing and sales. He has appeared before various local and state regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over real estate tax-incentive programs.
