Eric Garcia concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, primarily representing large New York City real estate developers, condominiums and cooperative buildings. In addition, Mr. Garcia drafts transactional documents for the firm’s clients. Prior to joining D'Agostino, Levine, Landesman & Lederman, LLP, he was a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and a legal intern with the New York State Attorney General’s office, working in consumer fraud litigation. Before entering law school, Mr. Garcia was a title examiner and paralegal.
